Return & Exchange Policies

We really hope that you love your beautiful purchase as much as we loved dreaming it up and making it for you! If you aren’t completely satisfied, no worries, we are happy to accept returns of items purchased from us as long as they meet the below conditions.

For veils and other accessories, please note that all merchandise:

  • Must be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original method of payment.

  • Must have all tags attached and be returned in original packaging.

  • Must not be worn, washed or altered, and must be free of stains, holes, tears, pet hair, floor debris, and pin marks.

  • Most items must be shipped back to us and cannot be returned to the store.

  • Returns may take approximately 2-4 weeks to process.

For cleaning and preservation kits, note that orders can not be returned after the kit has shipped and left the cleaning and preservation facilities.

You may exchange your merchandise (excluding cleaning and preservation) within 30 days of delivery. Please note that we do not guarantee that the item you would like will be in stock at the time of your exchange request. Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for processing. Additional processing delays may occur. You will receive an email notification when your return has been processed and your new items have been shipped out.
